My name is Jacob Robinson.
I am not classically trained -no culinary school and no formal background. I learned by spending time in the kitchen, figuring things out one meal at a time.
I am a husband and father of two, and cooking is something that I have developed through repetition - learning what works, what doesn’t, and how small details can change a dish completely.
When something turns out right, I write it down and share it.
